Conditions and refund and cancellation policies

A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to secure your booking. Full amount is required in a shared trip. All cancellations received more than 48 hours prior to the trip will get a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations received less than 48 hours will be no refund. No refunds will be given to customers who do not show up on the day of the trip. Weather cancellations are under captain’s discretion. If the charter cancels the trip due to bad weather, the customer will get a full refund or reschedule if possible.

The charter does not refund sea sickness issues. Should you decide to cut short the trip because of sea sickness, you will still be charged in full. If you are prone to motion sickness, we suggest you to consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking any sea sickness tablet.
